Neighborly Farms
Neighborly Farms is a 50 cow organic farmstead operation. That means all of the cheese is made from their own cows at the freshest stage possible. Rob and Linda Dimmick have a passion for the land and animals.
That's why Neighborly Farms is a totally organic farm. This means the farm is operated in complete harmony with the land and animals-no antibiotics or commercial fertilizers. Just pure and natural techniques that keep the cows healthy and happy and the dairy products wholesome and chemical free.
It means that the cheese produced at Neighborly Farms; cheddars, feta and Monterey Jack are pure and natural. And the best part? The organic cheeses taste great too.
Artisan Cheeses
Organic Farmstead Raw Milk Cheddar
The organic raw milk cheddar is the most popular of all of Neighborly Farms cheeses. Aged at least two months, it has a nice mild flavor and good for any recipes calling for cheddar.
Organic Farmstead Sage Cheddar
An old Vermont favorite, we insisted on doing a sage cheddar. This has a wonderful flavor and is very popular in Vermont around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Try making an omelet with it for a special treat.
Organic Farmstead Garlic Cheddar
This is Linda's absolute favorite cheese that she makes. She tells people, "if you like garlic, you'll like this one!" Use in any recipes that have garlic in them.
Organic Farmstead Tomato Basil Cheddar
This has a very mild tomato and basil flavor, also one of our more popular snacking cheddars.
Organic Farmstead Green Onion Cheddar
Our green onion cheddar is made with fresh green onions and that wonderful fresh flavor comes through in the cheese! This is a wonderful snacking cheddar.

Our colby is the only orange cheese we sell. It is colored with natural annatto vegetable coloring. This is the kids' favorite! It's wonderful for cheeseburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, or just snacking.
